Client / Artist must be legally qualified to perform financial transactions.
All information provided by the client during registration are true and verifiable.
A KYC verification might be required if client information are found to be false.
Client reserves the right to withdraw his/her funds any time and day.
Client must be the true owner of his artworks.
Client / Artist reserves the right to hold the company responsible if any loss or theft of art/NFT occurs.
Client / Artist is solely responsible for account security.
The company does not have any influence on the Client / Artist choice of art pricing.
Client / Artist shall not register more than one account with the company.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through Ethereum network.
No third party or prank transactions are allowed.
Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement by notifying the Client at least 2 business days prior to the effective date of these amendments. Posting the relevant information on the main page counts as sufficient notice.
All rights and obligations of the Company and the Client represent a long-term commitment, which remains in force until the Company receives a Client’s notice of termination of this Agreement or closing his/her account.
In case of double registration of the same Client, the Company has the right to cancel duplicated registrations, cancel opened positions and withdrawal requests. All duplicated accounts will be frozen.
Minting fee is not fixed because of the fluctuation of digital currency.
Client realizes that he may completely lose his initial funds and any additional funds if information provided are confirmed to be false.
Company may decline the Artist’s request to withdraw if the said artist has less than ETH 20 of sold arts before withdrawal request, except on special request.
Company settles any dispute between 2 or more clients.
Withdrawals are processed within 45 minutes of request.
Client / Artist has the right to send a complaint or special request to the company through our email address.
The Company will review Client’s complaints within two business days after receiving all necessary and sufficient information regarding the complaint.
To refer customers, the Referrer must use a special referral link, which is located on the Referrals section of the website.
Always send a transaction ID after every completed transaction for confirmation.
Documents must be certified as true original copies by a notary public, or at the post office.
Mintrare charges no fees to the client to deposit using any approved deposit method.
There are no charges to open or maintain an account at Mintrare. However, if the client fails to transact at least one sale/purchase in any calendar month, the account might be suspended.
Mintrare live support is 24hrs active to respond to any immediate issues or answer to any enquiries from client.
